A Commitment to Quality from the Start

In 1995 Debi and John Cook conducted a detailed market study to determine if Debi's long term passion for sewing and embroidery could be applied to an embroidery business. Their research confirmed that both individuals and corporations in northeast Missouri were in need of top quality embroidery services.  From there a business was born.

Long Branch Embroidery & Gifts was started in 1995 by Debi and John in the basement of their home.  Working weekends and evenings, the premise of their business was simple; to provide top quality embroidery services at competitive prices and don't make customers wait a long time for their order.  With a top attention to detail and a strong customer focus, the positive news about Long Branch Embroidery & Gifts quickly spread.    Nine months after starting the business they acquired retail property in historic downtown Macon, Missouri and expanded their business to a store front.  Although the business was started with a single head embroidery machine, the tremendous customer response dictated the expansion to a state-of-the-art four head model.

Creativity and customer service are not new to the Cook family.  In 1986 John Cook started Long Branch Taxidermy providing taxidermy services to sportsman in northeast Missouri.  In eighteen years, Long Branch Taxidermy has grown to one of the most noted and successful taxidermy shops in the country establishing national accounts with companies such as Bass Pro Shops.  Their wide array of awards speak to John's commitment to quality.

Today Long Branch Embroidery & Gifts offers a wide selection of embroidery services to organizations and corporations including; standard logos and designs with over 22,000 images; custom image design and digitizing, and complete chenille services.
